An email or telephone discussion does not create a booking. A written quotation or booking confirmation should identify the cargo, route, handover points, price, estimated timeframe, services included and any shipment-specific conditions. Check it carefully before agreeing.
Your information and cargo declaration
You must provide complete and accurate contact, destination, weight, dimensions and contents information. You must not offer illegal, prohibited, concealed or misdescribed goods. Acceptance may be refused or delayed where information is incomplete or additional checks are required.
