UK Cargo Service considers collection requests from homes and businesses across London. Collection is not automatic: the team needs the postcode, cargo details and preferred date before confirming whether and when a collection can be arranged.
What to include in your collection enquiry
- Full collection postcode and the type of premises
- Number of parcels or items
- Approximate total weight and dimensions
- Whether stairs, restricted access or loading restrictions may affect collection
- A preferred date and a reliable contact telephone number
Do not leave cargo outside or with an unauthorised person. A requested date or time is not confirmed until UK Cargo Service agrees it directly.
Prepare before collection
Pack cargo securely, label pieces as instructed and keep an accurate contents description ready. Tell the team in advance about fragile, unusually large or heavy items. Never hide batteries, liquids, aerosols, medicines, food or other goods that may need additional checks.
This website does not publish a walk-in or cargo drop-off address. Arrange any visit, collection or handover directly with UK Cargo Service.
