Door to airport may be useful when the sender wants help with collection in London but the recipient is able to manage airport collection. It is important to confirm which airport will be used and what identification, paperwork, charges or destination formalities the recipient may face.

- Who may collect it, and what documents will they need?
- What does the quotation include at origin and destination?
- Could duties, taxes, handling or storage charges be payable separately?

Availability, price and the estimated timeframe depend on the cargo details, route and flight arrangements. They are confirmed for the individual enquiry rather than advertised as fixed.
Airport collection is not the same as delivery to the recipient’s address. Make sure the recipient understands their responsibilities before agreeing to this option.
